Fleet Desktop for macOS · Free beta, free for life

Nothing comes back done until a check proves it.

One AI captain runs a crew of Claude or Codex workers on the Claude plan you already pay for, so the crew costs $0 in API fees.

1,000 beta seats, free for life. Then $149 for the first 100, and $249 after that. One payment, never a subscription.

The beta seat is free for life. It is a $0 checkout on Polar, our payment processor: you give an email, pay nothing, and get a license key that never expires.

Fleet · the board
The Fleet board: worker cards, each with its done-check command, one compiling, one waiting on your approval to deploy, and one that failed its check after three attempts.
Every worker shows the check it must pass. The amber card is one waiting on your yes.

After you download

About five minutes to your first goal

  1. 01

    Open the .dmg

Drag Fleet Desktop into Applications and launch it. It is signed and notarized by Apple, so it opens without an unidentified-developer warning.

  2. 02

    Sign in with Claude

A short first-run wizard connects your Claude account. If Claude Code is not installed and signed in yet, the wizard walks you through it.

  3. 03

    Give the captain a goal

One goal in plain English, not a prompt. The captain plans it and puts Claude or Codex workers on the pieces, side by side.

  4. 04

    Approve, or let it finish

Anything risky, like a deploy or a push, stops and asks you first. Nothing reads Done until its check has passed.

What you need

  • A Mac

Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) on macOS 14.0 or newer. Fleet is a native desktop app; nothing runs in a browser tab.

  • A Claude plan

Fleet drives the official Claude Code on your own flat Claude subscription, so a whole crew working all day costs $0 in API fees. Max is recommended for many workers at once; Pro works for light use.

  • Claude Code

Installed and signed in. If typing claude in Terminal opens it, you are set; if not, setup walks you through it. Add the Codex CLI if you want Codex workers too.
